Marcus is a first-year Public Health student at Cal Poly pursuing a pre-Physician Assistant track. He is a member of the Cal Poly Men’s Water Polo Team and serves on the board of KASA as the Sports Coordinator. This past summer, Marcus worked as a water polo coach at the Rose Bowl, mentoring and developing young athletes. He is currently seeking a shadowing opportunity for the upcoming summer to explore his clinical interests further and gain hands-on exposure to patient care. Outside of academics and athletics, Marcus enjoys playing basketball, swimming, getting matcha with friends, listening to Daniel Caesar, watching One Piece, and going on spontaneous trips.
